Ron Gilbert Announces His Departure Of Double Fine - Teases New Project

Ron Gilbert, one of the driving forces behind Double Fines The Cave has announced, that after two years, he’s leaving the studio. Gilbert goes on to thank the studio and Tim Schafer for the opportunity to work with them over the past two years.

Gilbert also elaborates a bit on what the future holds for him. He teases an iOS title called Scurvy Scallywags in The Voyage to Discover the Ultimate Sea Shanty: A Musical Match-3 Pirate RPG. He also briefly mentions a PAX keynote speech.
