News just broke that director Bryan Singer (The Usual Suspects, X2) is looking to bring acclaimed actor Peter Dinklage (The Station Agent, Game of Thrones) into the fold for 2014′s X-Men: Days of Future Past, the sequel to 2011′s X-Men: First Class.
No word yet on what character he would play but he’s definitely a talented actor (anybody who’s seen even a scene of Game of Thrones knows this) so he would be a welcome addition to a cast that already features the returning Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and James McAvoy. Not to mention the previously announced cameos by former X-Men, Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellan and Ellen Page.
For those of you unaware, Days of Future Past deals a lot with time travel and alternate dimensions, allowing for the previous fan favorites listed above to make an appearance in the ambitious picture.
